This Telcel UP Plus video was designed to highlight the product’s value (particularly its new digital security feature) and test its resonance with consumers in Mexico. With a limited production budget, we leaned into brand-consistent motion graphics, stock footage, and existing b-roll to craft a fast-paced, eye-catching piece. Quick, high-impact scenes of phones in risky situations emphasized key benefits like $559 MXN screen repairs and annual upgrades. To showcase the security feature, we told the relatable story of María, a Telcel UP Plus user whose hacked account is restored with the help of a tech expert and the Digital Secure app. The video ends with María confidently shopping online, reinforcing how Telcel UP Plus offers peace of mind through both device protection and digital security.
